History

Coffee has been passion of mine since 2015. I have traveled the world tasting coffee and talking to local roasters: from La Paz Mexico, to Budapest, to New York, LA, Vancouver and many more. In 2024, I took the next step, and I learned to roast coffee from Joel Lohner at CoRo, in Berkeley. Since then, I have been learning how to roast delicious coffees and sharing them with everyone I can.

My Approach

I love to create interesting and approachable coffees. The goal is to create something that is fun to drink and share. I have fun introducing coffee flavors to people that are both unexpected and enjoyable.
